Sexual Harassment Policy (Board Policy 1.8)
Lincoln Land Community College is committed to providing a working and learning environment that is free from sexual harassment, and it is the policy of this college that sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Management and supervisory personnel at all levels are responsible for taking reasonable and necessary action to prevent sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended in 1991, Title IX of the Educational Amendment of 1972, and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
