ARH 211 Commercial Heating Systems 4 credits

Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to identify large heating systems used in commercial, institutional and industrial applications. Types of equipment include hot water, low-pressure and high-pressure steam boilers, auxiliary, safety and flame safeguard controls; steam traps; condensate return; and water treatment systems. (3 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)

Prerequisite: ARH 101, ARH 105 and ARH 107
