ELM 115 Residential and Light Commercial Wiring 4 credits
Specifications and applications of electrical wiring used in residential and light commercial buildings are stressed. Included is a study of the National Electrical Code, fuses, circuit breakers, grounding, conductor capacity, overload relays, illumination and life safety features. (2 lecture hours and 4 laboratory hours)
Prerequisite: ELM 103 and ELM 105 or permission of instructor
