END 102 Basic Techniques in END (pending ICCB approval) 3 credits

This course is for St. John's Hospital/LLCC School of ENDT students. It focuses on the fundamentals of electroneurodiagnostics, specifically EEG. The recognition of normal, abnormal and artifactual patterns are emphasized. Students learn how to complete basic EEG recordings, incorporating activation and monitoring procedures. R, W1 (3 lecture hours)

Prerequisite: END 101 with a grade of C or better

Corequisite: END 103 and END 109
