The mission of Lincoln Land Community College is to improve the lives of district residents by providing quality educational programs and services that are accessible and affordable to individuals and responsive to individual and community needs. Included herein are:
- Programs leading to certificates and occupational and transfer degrees
- Workforce training and economic development
- College preparatory, continuing and adult education
- Community-based programs and services
