Reinstatement of Eligibility after Suspension

A student has three ways to reinstate eligibility for military benefits after suspension.

1. Increase your cumulative GPA to meet the cumulative standard.
2. Students may regain eligibility by successfully completing a minimum of six credit hours at LLCC. Students may enroll in the required six hours over more than one term. Students must earn a minimum 2.5 term GPA in all terms that the six hours are earned. (Developmental courses completed with a "C" or better will be counted toward the six hours.) Students who earn a 2.5 term GPA, but still fail to meet the cumulative GPA will be placed on Warning.

   Students seeking reinstatement after meeting criteria 1 or 2 above must notify the LLCC VA Office of their change in status.

3. A student whose performance was affected by unusual circumstances may appeal.
