BUS 130 Human Resource Management 3 credits

This course is designed to introduce students to the Human Resource management principles, problems, theories and applications of the leadership and development of people in organizations. Attention is paid to human resource planning, recruitment, selections, orientation, training, career development, performance appraisal, ethics, diversity, union-management relations and succession planning. (3 lecture hours)

Prerequisite: BUS 121 or BUS 125
