BUS 231 Organizational Behavior 3 credits

This course involves applications of behavioral science to include internal and external challenges from diverse global and technological environments. Through the use of case studies, traditional studies and practical application, students focus on detailed concepts of ethics, motivation, diversity, power and politics, leadership, group communications, workplace conflict and special topics.
