ECE 226 Leadership and Management in Early Childhood Programs I 3 credits

The emphasis of this course is on directing and leading early childhood programs. It includes strategies for organizational and financial management. An overview of effective leadership, professionalism and advocacy are outlined in the course. Personal and professional self-awareness are also discussed. R, W2, W3 (3 lecture hours)

Prerequisite: Completion of an AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education
