This course is an introduction to the scope and method of political science. This course familiarizes students with the subject matter of the discipline (and sub-disciplines) and the methodology of empirical research. It is a particularly valuable introduction for those students intending to major (or minor) in Political Science at a senior institution where courses of this nature are frequently a requirement.
