RCP 119 Clinical Practice I 2 credits
This course is an introduction to the hospital setting. It includes documented and supervised hands-on patient care experience in a variety of non-critical care areas, using the fundamental skills required of a respiratory care practitioner. Students will be in a clinical setting for a total of 96 hours. R, W1 (4 laboratory hours)
Prerequisite: Admission to St. John's Hospital School/LLCC of Respiratory Care
Corequisite: RCP 112, RCP 113, RCP 114 and RCP 115
