SPA 202 Intermediate Spanish II 4 credits
All four basic language skills (aural-oral, reading and composition) are brought to a high level of development through continued practice and advancement in this course. Reading and composition are based on the cultural contributions made by the Hispanic countries. Advanced vocabulary and structural aspects of the language are presented and drilled. Readings include selected poetry, a major novel, a major Spanish drama and a selection of Cervantes' writings. The language-lab program reinforces class work.
