CPC 175 Database Design 3 credits
Covers the foundational aspects of relational databases - database design (conceptual data models objects, relationships between objects and the rules defining these relationships) culminating with a final project where the physical model is created. Culminates with a brief introduction to SQL (structured query language) which will be used as the vehicle of access for all physical models implemented. (2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)
