BUS 230 Leadership 3 credits
Students evaluate and utilize the tools and techniques that facilitate the effective performance of leadership. Special attention is given to understanding leadership roles demonstrated in many management and personal situations as an organizationl dynamic. Concepts considered are leadership principles, transformational vs. transactional leadership, importance of ethics and the empowerment of people. R, 12 (3 lecture hours)
