PSY 211 Psychology of Social Behavior 3 credits

Studying the social factors that influence an individual's behavior and thoughts, this course takes a scientific perspective. A wide range of topics are examined, such as intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, attitude formation and change, aggression and altruism, prejudice and discrimination, and group processes. Theories and research are applied with relevance to students' lives and experiences. R, W1, 11 (3 lecture hours)
