RAD 103 Radiographic Procedures I 3 credits
This course presents an introduction to radiographic positioning and procedures as well as patient care during imaging of the chest, abdomen, upper and lower extremities and shoulder region. Emphasis is placed on patient positioning, anatomy, proper exposure technique, pathology and image evaluation. R, W1, M2 (2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)
Prerequisite: Admission to the RAD program
Corequisite: RAD 101 and RAD 102
