HSP 121 Hospitality Internship II 3 credits
A directed work experience is provided in this course in which the students earn credit while working a minimum of 225 hours at approved hospitality sites. Students are able to apply advanced classroom theories to actual performances. Students are graded on participation, skill levels and written reports which describe their experiences. (15 laboratory hours)
Prerequisite: HSP 120 or permission of the instructor
