HSP 122 Hospitality Internship III 3 credits
A directed work experience is provided in this course in which students earn credit while working at approved hospitality sites. Students are able to apply classroom theories to actual performances. Students are graded on participation, skill levels and written reports which describe their experiences. The course is taken in conjunction with HSP 111, where issues from the internship are discussed. (15 laboratory hours)
Prerequisite: HSP 121 or permission of the instructor
